Product Condition

• We sell both new and pre-owned items
• Pre-owned items may show signs of usage

Pricing

• We maintain low margins and competitive pricing
• Pricing errors may lead to order cancellation with full refund

Orders & Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
• Cancellation allowed before order dispatch.
• Orders not dispatched within 7 days can be cancelled by customer without any charge.

Warranty

• Warranty (up to 12 months) is mentioned on product page
• Warranty handled by ENM1 or manufacturer
• Only functional defects are covered

Liability

• ENM1 is not responsible for damage due to misuse or improper handling
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
