At ENM1, we operate on low margins to offer competitive pricing. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
15-Days Mind Change Return
- Customers can request a return within 15 days of delivery for change of mind
- A 10% deduction will be applied as operational/restocking charges
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and accessories
- Customers are kindly requested to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package, as it may be required for any claims or support requests.
Mind Change Pre-Dispatch Cancellation

- Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed but the customer can choose our 15 days mind change return policy.
Warranty Policy
- Warranty of up to 12 months (as mentioned on product page)
- Warranty is provided by ENM1 or the respective manufacturer
- Covers functional defects only
- Does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse
- Customers are kindly requested to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package, as it may be required for any claims or support requests.
Warranty Claims
- Only replacement will be provided under warranty
- Refund will be issued only if replacement is not available
Customer Preference Refund
- If customer opts for refund instead of replacement (within 15 days of purchase):
- A 10% deduction will be applied as operational costs
Return Pickup
- Pickup will be arranged where service is available
- If pickup is not available, customer can self-ship the product
- Shipping charges will be reimbursed after verification
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
Non-Eligible Cases
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Minor cosmetic differences (especially in pre-owned items)
