What kind of products do you sell?
We offer a curated mix of new and some previously owned products including accessories and spare parts for smartphones & laptops, tablets, smartwatches, other accessories, tools, home decor, speakers, headphones, cleaning solutions, Blu-ray/DVDs among other products.

Are your products genuine?
Yes, we only deal in genuine products. Wherever possible, we provide real images and videos so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

Do you sell pre-owned products?
Yes, some products are pre-owned. These may show minor signs of usage unless otherwise clearly mentioned in the product description.


Orders & Payments

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, simply pay ₹30 now and the remaining amount at the time of delivery. This small confirmation fee helps us ensure genuine orders and provide a smoother COD experience.

Are there benefits for prepaid orders?
Yes, prepaid orders may receive better pricing or exclusive benefits compared to COD orders.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, order cancellation depends on the order status:

  • Before dispatch: No cancellation fee
  • After dispatch: A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover shipping and handling costs

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. In some cases, dispatch may take up to 7 days.

What if my order is delayed?
If your order is not dispatched within 7 days, you may request cancellation with a full refund.


Returns & Warranty

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we offer a 7-day mind change return policy.

If you return a product due to personal preference (for example, you did not like the product or it did not meet your expectations), we will deduct 10% of the product price as handling and logistics charges, and refund the remaining 90% amount.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?

If the product has a functional issue, is damaged, or does not match the description, you are eligible for a replacement or resolution without unfair deductions.

Do your products come with warranty?

Selected products come with up to 12 months ENM1 Backed Warranty. Warranty details and coverage period are clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

What does the ENM1 Backed Warranty cover?

ENM1 Backed Warranty covers functional defects and hardware-related issues under normal usage conditions. Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, and misuse are not covered under warranty.

How are ENM1 warranty claims handled?

We provide fast and hassle-free warranty support with dedicated claim assistance. Depending on the product and issue, pickup & drop support may also be provided. In most cases, we offer a replacement under warranty, while refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.
